2. Terms & Conditions
2.1 Bookings & Payments
* Your booking is confirmed once we receive a signed agreement and non-refundable booking fee.
* Remaining balances are due by the date stated in your service agreement.
* All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
2.2 Cancellations & Refunds
* Booking fees are non-refundable.
* If you cancel after full payment, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion.
* If we cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, we will:
* Arrange a qualified replacement celebrant at no extra cost, or
* Provide a full refund of amounts paid (including the booking fee).
2.3 Client Responsibilities
You must:
* Provide accurate ceremony details and complete all required legal documents.
* Meet all legal marriage requirements in Australia.
* Arrive on time to meetings, rehearsals, and your ceremony.
* Treat our team and contractors respectfully.
2.4 Service Scope
* Services are provided as per your agreed ceremony plan. Changes after confirmation may incur additional fees.
* Travel within [insert km radius or covered locations] is included; extra fees may apply for further locations.
2.5 Intellectual Property
* Scripts, vows, and creative content we produce remain our property unless agreed otherwise.
